Some of that information is incorrect, and only happened in the movie. Just saying. It was Dan Devine’s idea to dress him for the last game, the players throwing their jerseys on his desk was just in the movie. They made Dan Devine look worse than he really was, for the movie’s sake.

I just want to say that Rudy is my family’s favorite movie and he has been an incrediable inspiration to my Husband, Sons and myself. I am very grateful that his story was made into a movie and has continued to be a sourse of inspiration to us all for years.
